Support Ticket
Support tickets are a sure-shot way to report any technical problems and be assured of time-bound assistance. The way this works is, as a user if you are facing any problem, you log a ticket (problem) under the respective category of problems (given in a drop-down). As soon as the ticket is logged, an e-mail is sent to the technical support team as well as you. This e-mail would have an automatically generated ticket no. with the name of the person attending the problem and the timeline by which it would be solved. The technical support team will work on this problem (ticket) and an e-mail would be sent to you to view the responses and solution. If the ticket has been resolved to your satisfaction, you can “close” the ticket or escalate it further.
